Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.

Therefore, we have formulated the following returns & exchanges policy to facilitate a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items purchased directly from Steinvorth Attire are eligible for return within 9 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, & in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@steinvorthattire.com to request a

    Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us using a tracked and insured shipping method.

    *The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.*

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges Policy: Made-to-Order

Exceptions

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable & non-refundable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

  • Purchases made with a total discount of 30% or higher are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

    Purchases made with a total discount of 50% or higher are non-returnable.

  • We believe in the quality & timeless elegance of our one-of-a-kind pieces.

  • However, Should the need arise for a return, or if an item not meet your expectations, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through our structured returns & exchanges policy.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for items of the same value or higher.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Exchange Process:

  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@steinvorthattire.com to initiate the process.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, follow the Return Process outlined above to return the original item(s).

  • Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process the exchange & ship the new item(s) to you.
