What to know

  • Shipping & Appointments

    Steinvorth Attire undertakes to deliver the Products within a period of 30 days after full receipt of payment, unless another delivery date is agreed between Steinvorth Attire & the Customer in form of Appointment at the time the Agreement is concluded.

    If tsteinvorth Attire is unable to deliver the Products within the aforementioned period, the Steinvorth Attire Sales Associate undertakes to inform the Customer of this in writing.

    The Customer will then give the Steinvorth Attire a new, reasonable delivery period. If the Company again exceeds the deadline, the Customer has the right to cancel the order.

  • Delivery Service

    The Customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as the order leaves the Atelier.  The confirmation contains the description of the product, the total price & the planned delivery period.

    Steinvorth Attire will deliver the order to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process. If no one is available at the Customer's address at the time of delivery, the Customer must follow the instructions of the delivery service in charge of the delivery of the order.

    The Company reserves the right to make partial deliveries of the Products ordered, for example if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In the event of partial delivery, the Company shall inform the Customer.

  • Delivery Costs

    Steinvorth Attire works together with DHL EXPRESS to offer the best possible Global shipping service. We offer free delivery for orders of $500 or higher.

    For US Market, all taxes & duties are at the expense of Steinvorth Attire & are calculated in the product price.

    We offer free delivery for orders of $300 or higher.

    Please note that all taxes & duties outside the European Union (except for the US market) are at the expense of the end customer. Steinvorth Attire will not be responsible for covering these costs.
